Good Cents allows you to choose the amount you want to transfer from your checking account with each Debit Card purchase—

• Round up your transaction to the next whole dollar. For example, if your purchase is $1.40, then $0.60 is transferred to your Good Cents Savings Account to round up your transaction to $2.00.

You choose your initial maturity/disbursement date to be within 12-24 months of the opening date of your Good Cents Savings Account. Eligible deposits will be matched on a 50% basis for a 30-day period from first usage, and a rate of 5% thereafter, up to a maximum of $300 per term of account, and will be credited upon account maturity.

Upon maturity, a disbursement will be made to your base share account for the entire balance of the Good Cents Savings Account, including matching deposits. Subsequent terms will be for 12 months, ending on the annual anniversary date of the initial term’s disbursement.
