The field of membership of this credit union shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

• Civilian and military personnel of the U.S. Government who work at, are assigned or attached to Lackland Air Force Base, Lackland Training Annex (Medina) or Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas;

• Members of the U.S. Armed Forces, active or retired, or their dependents or dependent survivors or civilian employees of the Department of Defense or their dependents or dependent survivors who are eligible by law or regulations to receive and are receiving benefits or services from the above military installations;

• Employees of tenant organizations, military or civilian, that are headquartered on Lackland Air Force Base, Lackland Training Annex (Medina), or Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas;

• Civilian contractors and employees of contractors who work regularly at Lackland Air Force Base, Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, or Lackland Training Annex (Medina), San Antonio, Texas, under contract with the United States Government;

• Employees of Federal Aviation Agency, American Red Cross, Lackland Independent School District, and other civilian and military agencies working at Lackland Air Force Base, Lackland Training Annex (Medina) or Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas;

• Military officers of foreign governments while assigned to the Lackland Air Force Base, Lackland Training Annex (Medina) or Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, in conjunction with the USAF officer exchange program;

• Foreign nationals assigned to Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas for training purposes;

• Employees of the Reliable Battery Company, who work in San Antonio, Houston and Dallas, Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana;

• Employees of Sears, Roebuck, and Co. Customer Care Center who work in San Antonio, Texas;

• Employees of Afni, Inc. who work in San Antonio, Texas

• Employees of this credit union;

• Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants form the above employment;

• Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union;

• Members of their immediate families; and

• Organizations of such person; and

• Corporate or other legal entities in this charter.
